Frank W. Robinson, BA, MPA, ICMA-CM (Retired) is an accomplished public administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas and a Master of Public Administration degree from Sam Houston State University. After 38 years of public service, 29 of those years as a chief administrative officer and city manager in Texas and California, Mr. Robinson officially retired from his city management role and now spends his time consulting with city councils and public administrators on public policy issues, strategic planning, economic development, organizational structure, leadership, communications, interim city management, special project management, and special purpose districts including Texas Main Street and Cultural Districts.
